Doug Mueller graduated from Illinois State University in 1981 and has been married to Michelle since 1985. They have one son, Austin, and a grandchild, Myla. Before entering the insurance industry in 1996, Doug built a successful 13-year sales career with Kraft Foods. With a specialized focus on contractors, he brings extensive expertise in Workers’ Compensation, including Contractors Credits and “Report Only” Claims, both of which help manage experience mods effectively.
